Volume Licensing Customers

To Qualify

If you are a purchaser who licensed multiple copies of a Microsoft Operating System and/or Microsoft Application through the Microsoft Open, Select, or Enterprise Agreement licensing plans, or purchased multiple personal computers in the United States between November 16, 1995 and December 31, 2002, with Microsoft software installed, for use in Florida, you are a Class Member and may file a Volume License Claim Form for Settlement Benefits. Licenses for re-sale or re-licensing and licenses for government entities are not eligible for the Settlement. Also excluded are Microsoft, its officers, directors, successors, assignors and subsidiaries.

 

Claim Form

If you are a Volume Licensing Customer and a member of the class, you may submit a claim form, along with any necessary documents. Your claim must be deemed valid and the Court must approve the final settlement before you will receive Settlement Benefits for Vouchers that can be redeemed for rebates on purchases of Qualifying Hardware and/or Qualifying Software. To receive benefits, you must:

  1. Submit a completed claim form;
  2. Volume License Claim Form

  3. Submit Proof of Qualification. To support each claim, submit the following information with the claim form:


    • Volume Purchaser's License Agreement(s); or
    • Other proof of licensing (license confirmations, Enterprise Agreement enrollment forms, eOpen documentation, or MVLS documentation) obtained from Microsoft eOpen, Select or Enterprise; or
    • Printed information obtained from the Volume Licensing Program data in Microsoft's eOpen and Microsoft Volume Licensing Services databases. For more information on how to obtain reports from Microsoft's Volume Licensing Program, click on the following link. Volume Licensing

  4. Redeem your Vouchers

 

Deadline

The Claim deadline was April 17, 2006. Claims submitted after this date will not be accepted.
